2 medium yellow onions, halved and sliced thinly
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 cup beef broth, divided
4 large boneless or bone-in pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 F and melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
